Korean Anti-Wrinkle Injection Prices in Seoul

Korean anti-wrinkle injections cost less than most visitors expect, and the list is public. At Muse Clinic Myeongdong jaw slimming injections are from ₩19,000, anti-wrinkle injections from ₩29,000 per area, skin smoothing injections from ₩69,000 and hyperhidrosis injections from ₩79,000, all excluding 10% VAT and all the same line a Korean patient pays. Most visitors choose the standard Korean-made option, which is the standard choice in almost every Seoul clinic.

These numbers come from the same data that powers the treatments page, so they update when the list does. Jaw Slimming Injection is sold per 50 units. Anti-Wrinkle Injection is sold per area or as a five-area set. Skin Smoothing Injection is a full-face session. Hyperhidrosis Injection is sold per 50 or 100 units. Prices exclude 10% VAT.

Standard, premium and imported: the three grades on our list

Our list has three grades of the same treatment. The domestic option uses a product made by a Korean manufacturer and licensed for use here. All three relax a muscle the same way: the injection blocks the signal from the nerve so the muscle cannot contract fully. What changes between them is the grade and the price.

What is included, what is not: VAT, event prices and the fine print

Every number on our list is before 10% VAT, which is added at payment. Most lines are event prices: they run for a limited period, they may change, and the treatment page shows the base price beside them so you can see the gap. The consultation with the interpreter and the head doctor is part of the visit, and the vial is opened and measured in front of you.

• A 1+1 line means two areas for that price, chosen from the areas listed on the option.
• A 5-areas line is one price for five areas from the option's list; you pick which five.
• 50U and 100U are unit counts; jaw and hyperhidrosis injection are priced by units, anti-wrinkle injection by area.
• A first-visit trial line is a one-time price for a new patient, not a recurring rate.

Why foreigners pay the same wrinkle-relaxing injections price in Korea, at least here

There is one list at Muse Clinic Myeongdong, and it is published in full: every treatment, every option, every number. A visitor from Singapore and a patient from the next street see the same ₩24,000 line for 50 units of domestic jaw slimming injection. There is no foreigner menu. English, Japanese and Chinese interpreters are in the clinic, and someone stays with you from consultation through treatment.

Where visitors do pay more is upstream: an agency, a hotel concierge or a booking app that adds its own margin on top of the clinic's price. The way around it is simple. Message the clinic directly, ask for the list line for your area and product, and compare that number with what you were quoted. Prices exclude 10% VAT everywhere in Korea, so compare before-VAT with before-VAT.

What changes your final wrinkle-relaxing injections price: units, areas and product

The one thing that does not change the price is your passport. If you are told a foreigner rate anywhere, that is a business decision by that clinic or agent, not a rule of Korean pricing. Wrinkle-relaxing injections in Korea on a short trip: how the visit runs

Wrinkle-relaxing injections are the treatment visitors book most because there is no recovery to plan around. A structured consultation with an interpreter comes first. Then the head doctor plans and performs the injection one to one. The steps on our list are a 1-on-1 consultation, refrigeration anaesthesia or an ice roller, design, and the injection itself. The whole visit is 10 to 20 minutes for the treatment part.

Side effects are possible with any injection: a bruise, a bump at an injection point, a heavy feeling in the treated muscle for a few days, and, rarely, an uneven brow or smile that settles as the effect wears off.
