Nose filler is hyaluronic acid placed along the bridge, at the radix between the eyes, or at the tip, to change the line you see in profile. It does not move bone or cartilage. It adds volume where the line dips, so a low bridge reads straighter and a flat radix reads a little higher. Almost everyone who messages me about nose filler is looking at their side-on photos, not at the mirror.
At Muse Clinic Myeongdong the nose filler line starts from ₩450,000 (excl. 10% VAT), and Juvederm for the nose sits on its own separate line of the same public list. Below is what nose filler changes, who it suits, how it works with cheek, chin and nasolabial fold filler, and what the two weeks after actually look like.
What nose filler changes, and what it does not
Filler works by adding volume under the skin. On the nose, that volume is used to smooth the profile line: to lift a low radix so the bridge starts higher, to straighten a small dip along the bridge, or to give a soft tip a little projection. The change is read mostly from the side and in three-quarter photos.
- A low or dipped bridge that makes the eyes look far apart in photos
- A flat radix, where the nose seems to begin halfway down the face
- A tip with little projection, so the profile ends softly
- Not a match: you want the nose narrower or smaller — filler adds, it does not remove
- Not a match: the width you dislike sits in the nostrils or in bone
Nose filler design: radix, bridge, tip
I treat the nose as three points rather than one line. A small amount at the radix often does more for the overall profile than a lot along the mid-bridge, because it sets where the nose visually begins. The tip is the most conservative area: it is small, it is under tension, and it shows every irregularity.
- Radix: sets the starting height of the bridge and the distance between the brows and the nose
- Mid-bridge: smooths a dip so the line from the side runs evenly
- Tip: adds a small amount of projection and support
- Design is marked on your face before anything is injected, and you see it in the mirror first
Facial balancing: why I look at cheeks, chin and nasolabial folds too
A profile is a set of relationships, not a single feature. A short or receding chin makes a normal nose look prominent from the side. Flat mid-cheeks make the whole face look one-dimensional, so the nose carries the profile alone. This is what people mean by facial balancing, and it is the reason my consultation for nose filler usually ends up covering two or three areas.
| Area | What the filler does there | Where it sits on our list |
|---|---|---|
| Radix, bridge, tip | Raises and smooths the profile line | Nose filler, on its own line; Juvederm has a separate nose line |
| Cheeks | Adds volume to a face that has gone flat, for a more three-dimensional shape | Facial Filler, or Juvederm as the premium hyaluronic acid option |
| Chin | Builds a flat or short chin so the lower face balances the nose from the side | Chin Filler Package — filler together with chin Botox |
| Nasolabial folds | Fills the crease running from the nose to the mouth corner | Undereyes / Forehead / Nasolabial Fold Filler; Juvederm also has a nasolabial package |
| Sagging, deflated cheeks | Firm volume plus collagen stimulation rather than soft filling | Radiesse or Sculptra — a different mechanism from hyaluronic acid |
If the chin is the part holding your profile back, the Chin Filler Package combines chin filler with chin Botox on one line and starts from ₩69,000 (excl. VAT). If the crease beside your mouth bothers you more than the nose, read the nasolabial fold filler options. If what you actually want is firmness rather than volume, the collagen-stimulating route is explained in our Radiesse guide.

Nose filler price in Seoul and what changes the number
Two things move the figure: the product and the amount. The nose is priced separately from general facial filler on our list — the Soon Soo facial filler options exclude the nose, so nose work is quoted on its own line, and Juvederm has a dedicated nose line as well. Everything below is the same list a Korean patient is quoted, and all prices exclude 10% VAT.
- SOON SOO FILL Nose Filler 1cc₩450,000
- Juvederm Filler (excluding nose, forehead, under eye area) 1cc 1 session₩390,000₩289,000

One detail worth knowing before you compare quotes: with facial filler here there is no retouch from a part-used syringe, and any remaining product is discarded. The vial is opened in front of you and the dose is measured in front of you. That is what our first motto — genuine product, correct dosage — means in practice, and the full list of options for every area is public on the treatments page.
What to expect: the visit and the first two weeks
The appointment itself is short. A structured consultation with an interpreter comes first, then the head doctor plans and performs the treatment one to one. The steps on our list are the same for every filler area.
- 01One-to-one consultation: photos, profile check, and what the filler can realistically change
- 02Anaesthetic cream over the area
- 03Design marked on the skin, checked with you in the mirror
- 04Injection: slow, small amounts, with the product opened and measured in front of you
- 05Aftercare notes, and a plan for when moulding or review makes sense
| When | What you notice |
|---|---|
| Day 0 | Mild swelling and small red marks at the entry points. The new line is visible but slightly over-full. |
| Days 1–3 | Swelling settles. A small bruise, if one appears, is usually near the tip and covers with makeup. |
| Days 4–14 | The shape settles into its final line. This is the window where moulding — reshaping by massage — is still practical. |
| Month 1 onward | Stable shape. Hyaluronic acid is absorbed gradually after that, at a speed that differs by person and by product. |
Because filler settles rather than heals, there is little downtime to plan around, but I still ask visitors not to judge the nose on day one. Results and how long they last vary from person to person.

Risks, and the part I say out loud
The nose is a small area with a dense blood supply, so it is one of the more demanding places to inject filler. Every procedure carries the possibility of side effects, and you should hear them before you agree to anything.
- Swelling and redness at the entry points for a day or two
- Bruising, most often near the tip, settling on its own
- A small lump or slight asymmetry, which is why the two-week moulding window matters
- Rarely, filler compressing or entering a vessel — the reason injection is slow, in small amounts, by the doctor
- Report unusual pain, blanching or colour change on the same day rather than waiting
Why visitors book nose filler at Muse Clinic Myeongdong
Three things we put in writing instead of promising. One price list: the same numbers a Korean patient is quoted, published in full on the website, with 10% VAT stated separately. Interpreters in the clinic in English, Japanese and Chinese, with other languages arranged on request, staying with you from consultation through treatment. The head doctor consults and treats: the plan is made and performed one to one by Dr. Sarang Lim, who is an advisory doctor for Juvéderm, Galderma Sculptra and QT Fill.
Practical trip details: we are on the 3rd floor of the Korea Daeyungak Tower at 97 Toegye-ro, a one-minute walk from Myeongdong Station Exit 5, also close to Hoehyeon Station Exit 7 across from Shinsegae. There is a Twosome Place café and Hana Bank on the ground floor, and a parking tower in the same building at ₩1,000 per 10 minutes. Hours are Monday to Friday 10:00–20:00 and Saturday to Sunday 09:00–15:00, so a weekend slot between shopping is realistic. Phone support is not available in foreign languages, so message us instead.

If lips are on your list for the same trip, the timing and swelling are different again — that is covered in our lip filler guide. If the change you want is around the eyes rather than the centre of the face, read about temple filler before you decide where the first syringe should go.
Questions people ask
Before you message us
How much does nose filler cost in Korea?
At Muse Clinic Myeongdong the nose filler line starts from ₩450,000, excluding 10% VAT, and Juvederm for the nose sits on its own separate line of the same public list. It is the identical list a Korean patient is quoted. Event prices run for a limited period and can change, so the treatment page always carries the current numbers rather than a figure I type here.
How much nose filler do I need for the bridge and tip?
Nose filler is priced by cc on our list, and the nose is a small area, so the amount used is usually modest compared with cheeks or a chin. The exact volume is decided after the doctor looks at your profile, presses the skin over the bridge and checks how much support the tip already has. That is why I ask for a side photo before quoting anything.
Does nose filler hurt?
Anaesthetic cream goes on before the injection, and the filler itself contains an anaesthetic, so most people describe pressure rather than sharp pain. The injection part of the appointment is short, and you leave with your own face rather than a dressing. Some tenderness over the bridge for a day or two is normal and settles on its own.
How long does nose filler last?
Hyaluronic acid is gradually broken down by the body, so the shape softens over time rather than disappearing overnight. How long that takes depends on the filler chosen and on how quickly your own body absorbs hyaluronic acid. Results and how long they last vary from person to person, and we plan touch-up timing at review rather than by a fixed rule.
Can I fly home the day after nose filler?
Usually yes, but plan for swelling over the bridge and the small chance of a bruise at an entry point, especially near the tip. If you have photos to take, book earlier in your trip so the shape has a few days to settle. Moulding is easiest within the first two weeks, so I prefer to see you again before you leave Seoul if the dates allow.
Is filler more expensive for foreigners in Seoul?
Not with us. There is no separate foreigner menu; the full price list with every option is published on the website, prices exclude 10% VAT, and you are quoted the same line a Korean patient sees. English, Japanese and Chinese interpreters are in the clinic and stay with you from the consultation through the treatment, so you can ask about the amount and the product before anything is injected.
Results and maintenance period vary by individual. Every procedure carries the possibility of side effects, which are explained before you agree to treatment. Prices exclude 10% VAT and event prices may change. This article is general information from the clinic and is not a diagnosis; suitability is decided at the consultation.
